During our visit, we’ll offer expert advice & help you visualise the best materials & finishes for your space.

To help you visualise the final result, we offer to-scale 3D designs starting at $150 for projects under 15m² & $300 for projects around 30m².

Once your design is approved, we carry out an on-site check measure to confirm all the details.

We’ll review the design, confirm measurements, lock in materials & colours, and run through the finer construction points.

After that, we’ll prepare a detailed construction plan & send it to you for final approval before we get started.

After the check measure, Custom Living Co prepares accurate 3D plans that clearly outline your project in detail.

These drafts give you a realistic visual of the final outcome. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve the design, confirm measurements, and ensure everything aligns with your expectations before we move into construction.

Once the final design is approved & payment is received, we begin procuring all required materials and fabricating any custom components for your project.

We begin construction of your outdoor living area with demolition and site preparation.

This is followed by the 1st Fix, the structural framing phase. Upon completion and sign-off of the 1st Fix, we move to the 2nd Fix, which includes decking, fascia, roofing, and flashing installations.

Upon final inspection and confirmation of completed work.

We will remove all construction materials, conduct a thorough site clean up, and present your completed outdoor living space.
